No-Bake Cherry Almond Brownie Balls│Vegan & Gluten-Free

This recipe makes 18 brownie balls.

Each ball is 175 calories (give or take, depending on the size of the ball).

Ingredients:

1 cup (227g) oat flour

1/2 cup (115 g) chopped roasted salted almonds

1/8 cup (28 g) cocoa powder

1 cup (227 g) finely chopped dates

1/2 cup (115 g) dried cherries

1/2 cup (115 g) vegan chocolate chunks

1 cup (227 g) chocolate sunflower seed butter

Steps:

If you need to make oat flour, blend one cup (227 g) of quick oats in the blender until it’s a flour consistency. If you have whole almonds, pulse the almonds in a blender until it resembles roughly chopped almonds. Lastly, carefully dice the dates (they’ll be very sticky).

Now, dump every single ingredient into a large bowl and use your hands to squish all the ingredients together.

With your hands, squish together 2 inch by 2 inch (5.08 cm by 5.08 cm) balls until all the dough is used up. If you have any issues with the balls holding, just add a tiny bit more sunflower seed butter as needed.

Store the brownie balls in the fridge in a ziploc bag or airtight containter for up to two weeks.
